<p>Пружинный блок предназначен для подвесок трубопроводов с параметрами среды:</p>
<p>Р <sub>у</sub>&lt;2,2МПа (22 кгс/см <sup>2</sup>) и t<sub>раб</sub>&lt;425⁰С, для объектов, в районах с расчетной температурой наружного воздуха не ниже минус 40⁰С.</p>
<p>Для районов с температурой среды -30⁰С до -40⁰С применять материал.</p>

<p>Подвески пружинные предназначены для трубопроводов ТЭС и АЭС с параметрами среды:</p>
<p>Р <sub>у</sub>&lt;4,0МПа (40 кгс/см <sup>2</sup>) и t<sub>раб</sub>&lt;425⁰С, по рис.1 и 2, по рис.3 – для неизолируемых трубопроводов t<sub>раб</sub>&lt;45⁰С, для объектов, строящихся в районах с расчетной температурой наружного воздуха не ниже минус 30⁰С.</p>
<p>Для районов с температурой наружного воздуха ниже минус 30⁰С применять материал, указанный в приложении.</p>

<p>Подвески жесткие предназначены для трубопроводов ТЭС и АЭС с параметрами среды:</p>
<p>Р <sub>у</sub>&lt;4,0МПа (40 кгс/см <sup>2</sup>) и t<sub>раб</sub>&lt;425⁰С.</p>
<p>Подвески применяются для объектов, строящихся в районах с расчетной температурой наружного воздуха не ниже минус 30⁰С.</p>
<p>Для районов с температурой наружного воздуха ниже минус 30⁰С применять материал, указанный в приложении.</p>
<p>Пример условного обозначения жесткой подвески для горизонтального трубопровода Дн 32мм из углеродистой стали:</p>

<p>Опоры предназначены для станционных трубопроводов Дн 14-89мм с параметрами среды:</p>
<p>t <sub>раб</sub>&lt;300⁰С, Р <sub>у</sub>&lt;4МПа (40 кгс/см <sup>2</sup>) – по рис.1 и2;<br />
t<sub>раб</sub>&lt;425⁰С, Р <sub>у</sub>&lt;4МПа (40 кгс/см <sup>2</sup>) – по рис.3.</p>
<p>Максимальное тепловое перемещение трубопровода – 150мм.</p>
<p>Проектируемых для объектов строящихся в районах с температурой наружного воздуха минус 30⁰С. Для районов с температурой ниже минус 30⁰С для деталей опор применять материал, указанный в приложении.</p>
<p>Для трубопроводов с температурой среды t<sub>раб</sub>&gt;350⁰С применять для деталей опор материал, указанный в приложении.</p>
<p>Величины нагрузок определяют несущую способность корпуса опоры. Массы и длины допустимых пролетов трубопроводов заданы в таблице приложения.</p>
<p>Пример условного обозначения опоры приварной для трубопровода Дн 28мм из углеродистой стали:</p>

<h2>Техническая документация</h2>
<p>Опора предназначена для крепления станционных трубопроводов ТЭС и АЭС с параметрами среды Р <sub>раб</sub>&lt;2,2МПа (22 кгс/см <sup>2</sup>) и t<sub>раб</sub>&lt;425⁰С, для объектов, строящихся в районах с расчетной температурой наружного воздуха не ниже минус 30⁰С.</p>
<p>При температуре среды свыше 350⁰С и для районов с температурой ниже минус 30⁰С применять материал, указанный в приложении.</p>
<p>Величины нагрузок определяют несущую способность корпуса опоры. Массы и длины допустимых пролетов трубопроводов заданы в таблице Приложения.</p>
<p>Пример условного обозначения опоры для трубопроводов Дн 28мм из углеродистой стали:</p>
